can learn to play banjo, guitar, mandolin and other stringed folk
instruments with lessons from professional musician and teacher Mark Bridge
(The Lone
Hand).
*You will be up and playing quickly with painless and fun lessons.
*No need to read music.
*Lessons are personalized for each individual student.
*All age groups are welcome. You are never too old to learn to play.
Banjo lessons cover Scruggs and melodic style. Mandolin and guitar styles covered are folk and bluegrass. 1/2 or 1 hour long sessions are available.
I am now offering online banjo lessons using Skype. This is a very convenient way to take lessons in the comfort of your own home (or RV, dorm room, or office, etc.) For online banjo lessons all you need is a computer with a fast connection, a web cam, and a free account with Skype which can be downloaded at Skype.com. Lesson times can be arranged with me by email or thru my page at ZipLessons.com. Easy payments can be made by PayPal.
You can schedule a free test session to make sure your Skype connection will work properly for lessons. Contact me to arrange a time.
Mark Bridge has performed with the Circle B Cowboys, The Blue Bell Lodge Wranglers, The Smokey Hills Wranglers and has performed at venues like Disney World, the National Festival of the West and many more.
Lessons are offered at my home studio and through
community education in Park Rapids, Minnesota - Overbeek Music in Bemidji,
at the Sound Shop in
Detroit Lakes and through community education
in
Little Fork.
One hour and half hour long sessions are available.
